YEAH back at cha! Clothes all still feel the same. I haven't been weighed or measured again at Curves yet since my visits were so screwed up. Anyway, I may try to weigh myself on Friday if I can get up the nerve.
Congrats Annie! Bill announced today that we need to lose the "winter weight" for our trip in 6 weeks. We will be getting rid of all of the bad food in the house like crackers and cheese. (That's about all we have in the way of snacks.) We'll see how this goes. Keep it up!
I got up the nerve to weight myself yesterday at Curves. I lost 4# according to their scale. That is since 12/3/08 when I was weighed there. All my clothes still feel the same, sometimes I think they are even getting a tad tighter. Getting pretty discouraged but I will plod on.
Keep going Rosey. 4 lbs is better than nothing. I've been gaining weight because I haven't been getting any real exercise and I eat the same as I always did. My only saving grace is that I'm not eating a lot of junk, it's just too much of whatever I have for lunch or dinner. I should probably be eating 1/2 the portion. It doesn't help that I had a fish sandwich from McD's yesterday with large fries. That was probably my entire days' worth of calories! MMMM but it tasted so good!
Good for all of you for trying so hard and sticking to it! I should drop 10 lbs also. I am gradually getting back to exercising, after the usual holiday/winter down time. I still eat too much also. I have to buy a new suit and I don't want it to be a fat suit.
I've been going to the gym faithfully for 3 months now at least 3 day's per week, working out with a trainer 2 of those days and I haven't lost any weight nor do my clothes seem any looser. And I'm still always tired. I thought working out for 3 months I would start to feel better. Oh well, maybe in another 3 months.

Good for you, Annie. Looks like Weight Watchers is the winning method for now.
