After 5 weeks on weight watchers I've lost a whopping 2.8 lbs! I know any amount lost is good, but I'm getting sick on these .6 or .8 lbs lost each week. On a high note, after the trip to FL, I still managed to loose .6 lbs but that was really over a 2 week period.
Oh well, slowly, slowly, catch a monkey.

I hear you. I suppose any loss is good, but I'm with you, I want it to go fast. I'm been sick ever since getting home so I haven't been to Curves now for almost 2 weeks. I don't see me going anytime soon either, I still feel like crap. Mikey has it too.

Just a cold I think, but the croupy cough and such. Deanna is STILL coughing from her thing she had in January, so who knows.
Seems like most everyone is this sorry-ass world has some respiratory thing going on. We should all cough at once and see what happens.

John, why are you posting twice, posting twice?
Annie - I know it sounds like you're not accomplishing anything, but the important thing is to stay with it and keep the good habits you develop. I've always read that people who lose a lot of weight fast usually put it back on (and sometimes more) because they felt deprived during the diet phase. You're better off just changing your diet for the better and keeping it that way, adding some exercise, and hopefully you'll keep losing.
Rosey - sorry to hear of your ills. Too bad you can't take some time to rest, but probably not since you took the 3 days to come down here. Dave still has his cough, too, but not too bad.

Keep going Annie! They say it's better to lose weight slowly to keep it off long term. I did Slim Fast the week before our cruise and lost 3 lbs. but gained it all back (plus some) on the cruise. Oh well, I guess it's good I lost some first!

Good job Annie. I lost 2% BMI in about 3 weeks. Still plugging it at gym and watching and portioning what I eat. I am determined to lose this weight.
